Yay, it's a bunch of new Greg Oakes sketches -it's a happy thing. BTW -scrolling- I think I saw that Jawbreaker art in a supermarket gum machine in New Jersey. Is that possible?
what a nice surprise; thanks for the comment jim!! :) it is quite possible; at the time i was under the impression that it was only being sold at 711 stores across canada, but between the mid 90s (when i designed it) up until now, heck anything's possible. new jersey eh?! lol... coolness! :)
Greg is a Winnipeg-born artist (03.21.73). His influences range from, Looney Tunes, the Muppets and Mad Magazine, to the likes of Robert Crumb, Brian Froud and HR Giger. Greg is a 1993 Graduate of Red River College's 'Advertising Art' program, and has worked professionally in the graphic arts industry ever since. He is also a father to three daughters, and currently lives in Winnipeg.
